Delivery time

Generally, an order is shipped (leaves our offices for its destination) the same day or the next business day after receiving payment. Delivery is expected within approximately 24-48 hours from the time of shipment within mainland Spain (5-7 business days for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

However, these timeframes are indicative and may vary for reasons beyond our control, such as:

-Order placement hours

-Weekends or holidays

-Temporary stock shortages

-Problems related to delivery, such as not being at home

-Delays on the part of transport companies

ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL does not commit to any specific delivery time, as the shipping process depends on third parties.
If an order shipment is going to be delayed by more than 7 business days, ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will contact the customer to inform them and give them the option to cancel/modify the order.

If you order products that are out of stock, the shipment will be made when they become available again. If this takes more than 5 business days, ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will contact the customer to inform them and give them the option to modify the order.

Once at the Inpost point, the package is kept for 7 days, on the eighth day the package will be returned, that's why we insist on keeping an eye on the shipment tracking.

International Inpost Shipments:

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are sent via Correos' 72-hour package service (STANDARD PACKAGE).

We do not offer cash on delivery to Melilla, Ceuta, or the Canary Islands. All additional costs (customs fees, taxes, duties, and any other expenses or taxes) incurred with the order will always be the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned because it was not collected, or in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla because the recipient does not want to take responsibility for any tariff or tax, the shipping costs incurred by the return of the package will be charged.

In the event that the order could not be delivered by the transport company (after 2 delivery attempts or 7 days the package is at the collection point) and it is returned to our facilities, ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL is not responsible for a new shipment.

Costs of returns processed automatically or by our company:

In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, return shipping costs start at €6.95, with the assigned transport company's rate being applied (depending on the weight and characteristics of the shipment).

In Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, return shipping costs start at a minimum of €9.95, with the assigned transport company's rate being applied (depending on the weight and characteristics of the shipment).

International shipments: return shipping costs start at €29.95, with the assigned transport company's rate being applied (depending on weight and characteristics of the shipment).

For shipments returned due to reasons unrelated to ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL, the additional round-trip shipping costs will be deducted if it is an EXPRESS, non-standard shipment.

If the customer wants it sent again, they will have to pay any additional shipping costs incurred.

Returns and right of withdrawal

During the first 14 business days after receiving an order, the customer may return a product if it meets the following conditions:
Private customers, in accordance with the right of withdrawal contemplated in article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, will have a period of 14 working days from receipt of the order to notify their desire to withdraw from one or more products of their order.

To exercise this right, you must communicate it using the form provided below and follow the instructions received from our customer service department.
All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or personalized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition.
Returns must be delivered to the destination within 14 days of the return acceptance date. Otherwise, the return will be rejected and sent back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have verified that the merchandise is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by following FORMIf you wish (it is not mandatory).

Before you begin, you should know that there are a number of conditions you must meet:

  1. The returned product must be inperfect condition, as received,unopened, with its original labeling, promotional products, and in general with everything that is linked to the purchase of the aforementioned product.
  2. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days.
  3. In case of withdrawal, ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL must refund the amount of the order minus the additional shipping costs (if it is an EXPRESS non-ordinary SHIPPING).
  4. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the material at our facilities.
  5. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used to pay for the purchase, via bank transfer, or to an account held by the person who placed the order, always taking into account the payment method used by the customer for the refund.
  6. Items identified as gifts acquired with the purchase of an order and requested to be returned individually, as well as items exchanged for points, will not be subject to the right of return.
  7. Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery will be excluded from the right of return.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

  • If it is a return because you no longer want or like the product (withdrawal), the buyer must pay for them.
  • If the product is sent in poor condition, ELEVENFIT will cover the logistical costs arising from the return.

 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal that apply to our store

The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts relating to:

a) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

b) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

c) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

d) The supply of goods unsealed by the user and without their original packaging.


The reasons for return may be the following:
• That the merchandise was defective: In this respect ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will comply with the provisions of the Law on Defective Products, proceeding to immediately replace the product with another with identical conditions and performance.
• ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when, due to causes not attributable to it (whether direct or indirect), it is unable to deliver it.
ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will accept the return of merchandise when, due to causes attributable to it, the product ordered does not correspond to the one requested by the customer.
In case of return, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, except in those cases where the proven cause of the return is an original defect.
After verifying the condition of the merchandise, which must be unused and in its original packaging, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns are at the buyer's expense and risk. This means that ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL is not responsible for any damage to or loss of returned products. Therefore, always send returns via registered mail. You must also include the order form and/or a letter explaining the reason for the return.
