Payment methods
Once logged into your account, you'll see your shopping cart. Click "Confirm Order" to proceed to Shipping and Payment. Here, specify whether you want the order shipped to your registered address or a different one, and then complete the payment using your chosen method by clicking "Place Order." After payment is processed, you'll see the order confirmation and will immediately receive it in your email.

Cash on delivery:
You can choose to receive your order cash on delivery when the destination is the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands. (We do not accept cash on delivery for orders destined for the Canary Islands)
Payment will be made at the time of delivery of the purchase through the transport company corresponding to the shipping location.

If you prefer the conventional bank transfer payment method (you write down our account number and make the transfer in person at your nearest bank)
It must be done in Euro currency.
It is important that you indicate in the Observations: "order no. x", as well as your name and surname.
It is important that you make the transfer within 3 days of placing your order, to prevent your order from expiring.
The order will not be considered effective until ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL can effectively verify that the payment has been made.
